Welcome to Comtesse de Dordogne, in the heart of the “Golden Triangle” of SARLAT-EYZIES-MONTIGNAC, the World Capitals of Prehistory. Comtesse de Dordogne consists of two estates, one in Les Eyzies de Tayac and one in Tursac. In Les Eyzies, you’ll find two houses and four fully restored vacation cottages located on the historic site of the old forge (known as “La Forge des Eyzies”), dating back to the 17th century, and set in a splendid park crossed by the river and its magnificent waterfall. In Tursac, you’ll find our second estate, situated in a park with a magnificent view of the Vézère Valley, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
Entirely built with natural Sarlat stone, easily recognisable by its very specific yellow tone, our gîtes and houses are authentic residences renovated and fitted out for your greatest comfort during your holidays in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
