A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking on our website.
The reservation becomes effective only after reception of the 30% deposit within 7 days
The balance must be paid on the day of arrival.

The present contract is established for a maximum capacity of persons. If the number of persons indicated at the time of booking is exceeded (including babies), we reserve the right to refuse access to our gîtes and houses.

-1 towel and 1 bath towel per person.
-Sheets (duvets with duvet covers and pillowcases) made up beds.
-Unlimited access to terraces, swimming pool, green areas, children's playground and picnic area with fishing pond.
-Water, gas, electricity.

- Tourist tax (about 2€/day per person, depending on the house and the number of adults and children - to be paid on the day of arrival)

The cleaning of the houses and gîtes is the responsibility of the owner, however during the rental period and before departure, the tenant undertakes to :
-Put all the furniture back in order as it was found on entering,
Waste separation: black bags (non-recyclable), yellow bags (recyclable) and glass - will be emptied and taken to the dedicated containers located 500m from the domain.
-Clean and store all kitchen equipment,
-Leave the refrigerator and dishwasher completely empty and clean,
-Report any damage to equipment that occurs during your stay.
The amounts and percentages of the conditions below are to be paid by the clients in case of cancellation.
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
30% of the reservation amount if less than 14 days, 50% if less than 7 days and the total amount if less than 4 days.
Cancellation for Covid-19 restrictions:
Full refund of the deposit due to health restrictions Covid-19 if the cancellation (justified) occurs before 5 days of your arrival.
The landlord pays the tenant the full amount paid,
An inventory of fixtures is drawn up on arrival, and an inventory is kept in the houses and gîtes. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute.
On the arrival of the Tenant, a deposit, the amount of which is indicated above, is requested by the owner. After the inventory of fixtures has been drawn up, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises if any damage has been found.
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the property and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. All our houses and gîtes are non-smoking and the estate does not accept pets.
The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him. He must be insured by a holiday insurance policy for these various risks.
