General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Pets are not allowed on the estate.

Reservations can be made via the integrated booking engine on our website, by e-mail or by telephone.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking on our website.

The reservation becomes effective only after reception of the deposit of 30% within 7 days. ‍

NOTE: special conditions apply to group bookings. Please contact us to find out the conditions applicable to your reservation.

The balance (the remainder of the total amount) must be paid on the day of arrival.

Please specify at the time of booking how you wish to pay the deposit: cheque, bank transfer and credit cards accepted.

Available supplements:

- Baby equipment: wooden cot and bedding, high chair: 35€ per stay.

Commitment of the tenant at the end of the stay:

The cleaning of the houses and gîtes is the responsibility of the owner, however during the rental period and before departure, the tenant undertakes to :

  • Put all the furniture back in the same order it was found when you came in,
  • Waste sorting: black bags (non-recyclable), yellow bags (recyclable) and glass
  • Clean and store all kitchen equipment,
  • Leave the refrigerator and dishwasher completely empty and clean,
  • Report any damage to equipment during your stay.

Cancellation:

The amounts and percentages of the conditions below are to be paid by the clients in case of cancellation.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

30% of the reservation amount if less than 14 days, 50% if less than 7 days and the total amount if less than 4 days.

Cancellation by owner:

The landlord pays the tenant the full amount paid,

Condition of the premises:

An inventory of fixtures is drawn up on arrival, and an inventory is kept in the houses and gîtes. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute.

Security deposit or guarantee:

On the arrival of the Tenant, a deposit, the amount of which is indicated above, is requested by the owner. After the inventory of fixtures has been drawn up, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises if any damage has been found.

Use of the premises:

The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the property and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. All our houses and gîtes are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed on the domaine.

‍

Insurance:

The tenant is responsible for all damage caused. It is the tenant's responsibility to take out insurance obtaining travel insurance for such risks. This also applies to cancellation costs.

‍

Capacity:

All reservations are made for a maximum capacity of persons. We reserve the right to refuse access to our gîtes and houses if the number of people (including babies) specified at the time of booking is exceeded.

The rental price includes:
  • Rental of the fully equipped house
  • 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person
  • Bed linen (comforters with comforter covers and pillowcases) made up beds
  • Unlimited access to terraces, swimming pool, green areas, children's playground and picnic area with fishing pond
  • Water, gas, electricity, heating (cold periods)

The rental price does not include:

Tourist tax (approx. 2€/day per person, depending on the house and the number of adults and children - to be paid on arrival)
